In this class, I am introducing a healthy Japanese food recipe in English with some Japanese phrases so you can enjoy the food while immersing yourself in Japanese culture! This class is for foodies, people like to cook or/and those who are looking to learn Japanese. This recipe is called Nikujaga, which means Beef and Potato Stew in Japanese. It is a meat dish but you can always rearrange it into your own style! You can use other types of meat or vegetarian options too!

This is a great home food to share with your family and friends, I hope this class will contribute in you having an unforgettable time with your loved ones.
The project for this class is to make your own Nikujaga 肉じゃが (Japanese beef and potato Stew)
You will find the ingredients in the attachment with the project in both Japanese and English.
Feel free to refer back to the video on the instructions!
As I mentioned in the class, this recipe is very versatile, which means, you can add anything you want in the recipe. There are people who add ingredients such as snap peas and Tofu. People who LOVE spicy food like to add some pepper in the end.
You can try anything with the recipe!
Upload a photo when you finish!!
*Along with the recipe, there are easy phrases related to cooking in Japanese.
In the future, I will add more videos with Japanese instructions so please learn the phrases along the way so you are prepared for more advanced cooking in Japanese with me!
Enjoy!
