Os conhecimentos obtidos permite que você forme, participe e lidere equipes de maneira mais eficaz, principalmente em situações de mudança e transformação digital.   • Lidar com conflitos em ambientes virtuais, saber antecipar-se aos problemas potenciais e estabelecer regras básicas comuns de comunicação.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Liderança e Gestão de Equipes Virtuais
Na primeira semana você vai entender porque as transformações do mundo moderno geram novas demandas, competências e habilidades para profissionais que atuam em ambientes virtuais, além de aprender ações práticas que vão gerar resultados e aumentar seu engajamento, seja você líder ou membro de uma equipe virtual.

WEEK 2
Características das Equipes Virtuais
Na segunda semana você vai aprender técnicas, competências e habilidades que vão aprimorar a comunicação, confiança e o engajamento nas equipes virtuais. Tópicos práticos e muito úteis serão apresentados, como por exemplo storytelling, comunicação e gestão nos ambientes virtuais, desenvolvimento e feedback.

WEEK 3
Cultura Organizacional
Na terceira semana você vai poder consolidar seu conhecimento sobre equipes virtuais de alta performance, aprendendo como criar e manter uma cultura que possibilite maior engajamento, motivação e conectividade.

WEEK 4
Team Building
Na semana final você irá além das expectativas e aprenderá ações práticas de "team building" para gerar resultados, engajamento e um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua. Como atividade final você será capaz de estruturar um plano de ação prático para aplicar as habilidades que você aprendeu e ampliar a comunicação, cultura e o engajamento de equipes em um ambiente virtual.
