本課程內容主要根據 老師在國際專業機構的服務經驗、管理領導的心得,以及緣此主幹思想,所延伸出對各類議題的看法。課程中有職場實境介紹、做事原理分享,供學生為練習、思考之參考。

Syllabus

WEEK 1
第一講 認識『職場素養』
歡迎大家來到這堂課一起探討【職場素養】!你可以在第一講中,找到全部六講課程的大綱和投影片 (Powerpoint)、課程作業的互評方式、通過本課程的條件,以及常見問題集。接著我們會循序漸進地介紹職場素養的意涵,包含職場的人與事、全相的職場素養、專家與專業的定義、職場素養的核心內容,以及自我領導力的重要性。

WEEK 2
第二講 鍛鍊『溝通能力』(一)
溝通能力是職場素養的核心內涵。你將在第二講的內容中,學到溝通能力的四項核心:『關係角度』、『內容角度』、『詞彙選擇』與『句型結構』;成功的表達需要哪些關鍵要素,最後談談肢體語言及職場社交場合的溝通原則。*本模組含一個互評作業(Peer review assessment)*

WEEK 3
第三講 鍛鍊『溝通能力』(二)
在瞭解溝通的基本原理後,我將分享職場上常見的溝通挑戰,以及應對的建議;說明提問的要領、信任建立的方略,和聲相的重要性。

WEEK 4
第四講 強化『心緒智能』
心緒智能的高低決定個人在職場情境的表現好壞。第四講中,你會認識到幾個觀念:意念與專注心、意念與身心關聯、情緒的內涵,及情緒與領導力的關聯。*本模組含一個互評作業(Peer review assessment)*

WEEK 5
第五講 建構『專業形象』
第五講中,我將說明職場專業形象和刻板印象的意涵,傳授印象管理和儀容管理的方略,讓你可以逐步建構起內外兼備的專業形象。

WEEK 6
第六講 提升『人文素養』與『教養』
恭喜來到課程的最後一講!在第六講中,我將談談自己對人文素養的感悟,分享我培育人文素養的秘訣、職場的正向價值觀,最後給你一些課程期勉。 *本模組含一個互評作業(Peer review assessment)*
