Syllabus

WEEK 1
Diseñando su equipo para la excelencia
Como líder de equipo, debe determinar la mejor manera de componer y estructurar su equipo. Deberá determinar el tamaño óptimo del equipo, la diversidad de miembros del equipo, los valores y los objetivos del equipo, todo lo cual tendrá un gran impacto en la dinámica y el rendimiento del equipo. En este módulo, aprenderá estrategias y tácticas para diseñar su equipo de manera efectiva.

WEEK 2
Estructurando su equipo para la excelencia
En el primer módulo del curso, discutimos su papel como líder de equipo en el diseño del tamaño, la composición, la diversidad de personalidades, valores y metas de su equipo. Además, debe determinar la mejor forma de estructurar su equipo, específicamente cómo estructurará la toma de decisiones, las recompensas y los roles. También debe asegurarse de que el equipo tenga un conjunto claro de normas que guíen su comportamiento. En este módulo, aprenderá estrategias y tácticas para estructurar su equipo de manera efectiva.

WEEK 3
Gestión de la dinámica del equipo
Es común ver que los equipos que trabajan en tareas idénticas y que tienen un acceso similar a los recursos y el talento de la organización producen resultados de desempeño sistemáticamente diferentes. Esto ocurre porque administramos mal los procesos del equipo, o cómo los compañeros de equipo trabajan en la tarea e interactúan entre sí durante el trabajo en equipo. En este módulo, aprenderá cómo reconocer los obstáculos más típicos del proceso en el trabajo en equipo y cómo superarlos para crear equipos de alto rendimiento.

WEEK 4
Creación de un desempeño y aprendizaje sostenibles del equipo
Este módulo se centra en la creación de niveles sostenibles de alto desempeño en equipos. Por lo tanto, en este módulo aprenderá cómo evaluar el desempeño del equipo y cómo garantizar que este alto desempeño sea sostenible en sus equipos. En relación con ello, analizaremos cómo garantizar el aprendizaje del equipo y el flujo efectivo de nuevas ideas en sus equipos.
