Inspirar el liderazgo a través de la inteligencia emocional (Coursera)

WEEK 1
Liderazgo resonante y la neurociencia detrás de este
Los grandes líderes mueven a las personas a través de relaciones resonantes. Las relaciones resonantes ocurren cuando el líder y las personas que lo rodean están sincronizadas o en sintonía. Estas relaciones se caracterizan por la experiencia compartida de la visión y la esperanza, la compasión y el cuidado, la atención plena y cómo las personas pueden inspirarse para cambiar e inspirar el cambio en los demás. Demostramos. Exploramos la neurociencia detrás del liderazgo resonante y disonante, en términos del modo predeterminado y las redes positivas para las tareas.

WEEK 2
Renovación como antídoto para el estrés crónico
Examinamos los efectos del contagio emocional, tanto positivos como negativos, en la relación. Examinamos el proceso psicológico y fisiológico con el que nuestros cuerpos y mentes experimentan estrés y cómo esto dificulta la apertura a nuevas ideas, personas y emociones. El estrés molesto crónico causa deterioro cognitivo, emocional y perceptivo. Examinamos el sistema nervioso parasimpático, la única forma en que los cuerpos mejoran los efectos del estrés y la renovación. Examinamos cómo la esperanza/visión, la compasión, la atención plena y la diversión construyen relaciones resonantes y nos permiten renovarnos.

WEEK 3
Inteligencia emocional y su vínculo con el liderazgo
Las competencias de inteligencia emocional, social y cognitiva son los impulsores de los trabajos eficaces de liderazgo, gestión y profesionales. Revisamos la investigación en empleos privados, públicos y sin fines de lucro en muchos países del mundo.

WEEK 4
Inspirar y motivar el desarrollo, el crecimiento y el aprendizaje sostenidos
Se introduce la Teoría del cambio intencional y décadas de investigación longitudinal que muestran cómo crea un cambio sostenido y deseado. Los alumnos examinan quiénes y cómo los han ayudado a crecer en el pasado y lo vinculan con posibilidades futuras. Exploramos los Atractores Emocionales Positivos y Negativos (Positive and Negative Emotional Attractors, PEA y NEA), que son estados que permiten el cambio y nos ayudan a estar abiertos a él. Necesitamos el NEA para sobrevivir y el PEA para esforzarnos y prosperar.

WEEK 5
Instrucción con compasión para inspirar aprendizaje y desarrollo sostenidos e instrucción entre pares: Con un poco de ayuda de mis amigos
Esta semana examinamos el PEA y el NEA en profundidad en términos de factores emocionales, relacionales y neurológicos. Examinamos el tipo de conversaciones que inspiran el PEA en los demás y por qué llamamos a esta instrucción con compasión.

WEEK 6
Inspirar el cambio a través de la esperanza y la visión: descubrimiento n.º 1 en ICT
Esta semana exploramos en profundidad las cinco fases de la Teoría del cambio intencional: cómo distinguimos el yo ideal del deber ser. Examinamos las etapas de la vida y la carrera profesional, y cómo saber cuándo está en crisis de mediana edad.

WEEK 7
La naturaleza multinivel del cambio sostenido y deseado
Luego de los módulos de la semana pasada, esta semana vamos a cambiar a nivel de equipo y organización. Describimos cómo el liderazgo resonante y el establecimiento y la membresía en grupos de identidad social pueden facilitar el cambio en las parejas, los equipos, las organizaciones, las comunidades, los países e incluso el cambio global. Revisaremos investigaciones recientes que documenten la efectividad del desarrollo de la visión compartida.

WEEK 8
La agenda de aprendizaje y autoestima real: descubrimientos n.º 2, 3, 4 en ICT
En nuestra última semana, examinamos los elementos restantes de la Teoría del cambio intencional: hacer una distinción entre el yo real y el sí mismo falso, establecer una agenda de aprendizaje y enfatizar el valor de la experimentación y la práctica para dar forma y redefinir nuestras visiones. Terminamos con una revisión del curso y el resumen de los materiales cubiertos hasta la fecha.
