Este proyecto final es el último paso de la Especialización compuesta por los cursos: Diseño de proyectos de desarrollo; Herramientas de gestión de proyectos de desarrollo y Gestión con enfoque en riesgos en proyectos de desarrollo.
En este trabajo final tendrás la oportunidad de aplicar los conocimientos aprendidos a lo largo de todo el trayecto de manera integradora. Se organiza en dos partes. En la primera parte, analizarás un caso de estudio aplicando los conocimientos trabajados en los tres cursos. Y en la segunda parte, plantearás distintos elementos de un proyecto de desarrollo para resolver un problema de tu comunidad.

What You Will Learn

  • Identificar las partes esenciales del diseño en el análisis de un proyecto de desarrollo.
  • Aplicar herramientas de planificación y gerencia de proyectos en el análisis de un proyecto de desarrollo.
  • Evaluar el impacto y la probabilidad de riesgos de un proyecto de desarrollo.
  • Crear un proyecto de desarrollo incluyendo distintos elementos de su diseño y gestión.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Módulo 1: Diseño de proyectos de desarrollo
Te damos la bienvenida al Proyecto Final de la Especialización en Diseño y Gestión de Proyectos de Desarrollo. En este módulo te mostraremos los objetivos, estructura, evaluaciones y material de orientación del curso. Luego de esta introducción, pondremos en práctica los conceptos relacionados con el diseño de proyectos de desarrollo.
Módulo 2: Herramientas de gestión de proyectos de desarrollo
En esta serie de actividades se pondrá en práctica el conocimiento y habilidades adquiridas sobre herramientas de planificación y gerencia de proyectos
Módulo 3: Gestión de riesgos en proyectos de desarrollo
Esta actividad tiene como propósito que pongas en práctica tus conocimientos sobre la identificación de riesgos trabajados en el curso Gestión con enfoque en riesgos en proyectos de desarrollo.

WEEK 2
Módulo 4: Diseño y gestión de un proyecto de desarrollo
En este módulo podrás plantear un proyecto de desarrollo a partir de una situación social que afecte tu ciudad o comunidad.
