Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de identificar os principais aspectos para a motivação, aplicar os conhecimentos para a gestão eficaz de um time de trabalho e aprimorar suas habilidades de gestão.
Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Módulo 1 | O Desafio Em Liderar
Neste módulo, serão abordados os principais desafios e estágios de liderança, aprenderá sobre como identificar e aprimorar a sua inteligência emocional e criatividade.

WEEK 2
Módulo 2 | Motivação e Desenvolvimento do Time
Neste módulo, você conhecerá os principais conceitos e teorias motivacionais, aprenderá sobre como identificar o estágio e construir a sua equipe.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3 | Gestão De Pessoas e Ferramentas
Neste terceiro módulo serão apresentadas ferramentas para o líder na gestão de pessoas.

WEEK 4
Módulo 4 | Comunicação - Rotinas e Encontros Individuais e Coletivos
No quarto e último módulo deste curso, serão apresentados conceitos sobre comunicação interpessoal e o papel do líder neste contexto, considerando diferentes rotinas de comunicação e encontros individuais e coletivos.
