Ce MOOC définit la notion d’innovation managériale, non pas comme une mode, mais comme un processus qui vise à faire évoluer les pratiques managériales en liens avec les enjeux des entreprises et les attentes sociétales.

Les objectifs de ce MOOC sont :

  • d’avoir une définition de l’innovation managériale
  • de dissocier innovation managériale et modes
  • d’avoir de nombreux exemples d’innovations managériales en entreprises
  • de connaître les dispositifs d’innovation managériale les plus diffusés
  • de pouvoir déployer un processus d’innovation managériale dans les organisations

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Ce qui change aujourd'hui
Ce module vous présente ce qui change aujourd’hui dans les organisations. Vous allez ainsi analyser les nouvelles règles qui pèsent sur les entreprises. En outre, vous serez en mesure d’identifier les limites du modèles commande/contrôle de l’entreprise traditionnelle qui vous incitera à mettre en place une dynamique des minoritaires.

WEEK 2
L'innovation managériale dans les pratiques
Ce module a pour objectif de décrire l’innovation managériale en pratique. Dans un premier temps, une définition de l’innovation managériale en pratique sera donnée. Dans un second temps, vous découvrirez des innovations managériales en pratique dans le monde, avec notamment de témoignages de Groupama et de la Française des Jeux.

WEEK 3
Le futur de l'innovation managériale
Grâce à ce module, vous allez pouvoir imaginer les entreprises de demain avec les innovations managériales d’aujourd’hui. Ce procédé passe par l’observation de l’émergence d’organisations ouvertes et collaboratives puis l’acquisition de nouvelles compétences managériales. Enfin, il convient d’établir le processus d’innovation managériale comme une pratique récurrente des organisations.
