Neste curso, você aprenderá sobre modelo de atribuição e distribuição do crédito de participação para cada canal envolvido durante a jornada do cliente. Durante o curso, serão abordados todos os processos utilizando modelos tradicionais e avançados para determinar a alocação correta de recursos e aumentar a efetividade de seus canais.

WEEK 1
Definindo a Jornada do Cliente
As grandes empresas já utilizam tecnologias de Big Data e Analytics para rastrear os clientes nas redes sociais e mecanismos de buscas. Uma estratégia de comunicação bem definida envolve a interação com os clientes no momento certo e da forma precisa. Para uma comunicação efetiva, é necessário conhecer a fundo a jornada de nossos clientes e todos os passos que o levam a decisão final.

WEEK 2
Pontos de Interação com o Cliente
O mercado utiliza diversos modelos de atribuição e para escolher qual se encaixa melhor em nossa estratégia, precisamos conhecer detalhadamente o funcionamento de cada um deles. Esse módulo aborda os principais modelos de atribuição do mercado e a diferença entre cada uma das metodologias.

WEEK 3
Escolhendo o Melhor Modelo de Atribuição para seu Negócio
No terceiro módulo, apresenta-se os modelos de atribuição a ser adotado para cada tipo de estratégia de negócios e como obter o melhor resultado em cada uma das fases de implementação utilizando ferramentas de big data.

WEEK 4
Transformando sua Estratégia em Ação
Ao implementar o modelo, é necessário conhecer as principais ferramentas de mercado e as melhores metodologias de estruturação de dados para garantir a qualidade dos dados durante esse processo.
