Nous souhaitons grâce à ce Mooc susciter des vocations d’entrepreneur social en : - Vous permettant de comprendre ce qu’est l’entrepreneuriat social - Vous faisant réfléchir aux besoins sociaux et environnementaux non satisfaits sur les territoires - Vous présentant les propositions de valeur et les modèles économiques des entreprises sociales - Vous montrant que c’est possible de se lancer, via des témoignages d’entrepreneurs sociaux qui l'ont fait.

Durant 4 semaines, nous vous proposons de bénéficier de 15 années d’expérience en innovation sociale et en accompagnement d’entrepreneurs. Lors du premier module, vous découvrirez des parcours inspirants et des tranches de vie d’une richesse et d’une intensité incroyables et comprendrez ce qu’est une entreprise sociale. Dans le deuxième module, nous travaillerons sur les besoins sociaux et environnementaux dont il s'agit de définir la nature, l’ampleur, l’urgence et l’intensité ; ils constituent autant de challenges à relever pour celles ou ceux qui veulent entreprendre pour changer le monde. En troisième semaine, vous réfléchirez aux propositions de valeur que l’on peut imaginer pour répondre aux besoins ; il convient de définir les caractéristiques techniques, sociales mais aussi économiques de la solution imaginée. Enfin, dans le dernier module, nous vous donnerons des clés pour aller jusqu’au bout d'une idée, pour savoir comment et avec qui passer aux actes pour transformer une envie en un vrai projet entrepreneurial.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Les parcours : ils se sont lancés !
Qu'est-ce qui déclenche chez les entrepreneurs sociaux le désir de s'engager ? Quel est le parcours des entrepreneurs sociaux avant le "déclic"? Qu'est-ce qui caractérise une entreprise sociale ? Et finalement, une entreprise peut-elle être sociale ?

WEEK 2
L'entrepreneuriat social, la réponse à un besoin
Qu'est-ce que l'analyse du besoin social ? Comment définir le besoin social de façon pertinente ? Qu'est-ce que l'analyse d'opportunité ? Faut-il faire une étude de marché ? Qu'est-ce que le public cible de l'entreprise sociale ?

WEEK 3
Du besoin à la solution, la proposition de valeur
Qu'est-ce que la charte de l'entreprise sociale ? Comment rédiger la vision, la mission, les objectifs et les principes d'action ? Qu'est-ce que le modèle économique d'une entreprise ? Quels sont les modèles économiques possibles pour une entreprise sociale ?

WEEK 4
Et si vous vous lanciez ?
Quelles soient les voies qui s'offrent à vous pour vous lancer ? Quel est le rôle d'un incubateur ? Le business plan est-il un outil indispensable ? Qu'est-ce qu'un intrapreneur ? Que recouvre la notion de "chaîne de valeur hybride" ?
