One of the most challenging problems facing leaders today is navigating change. This course presents a framework for managing change in your team, department, or organization. In this course, participants will understand the fundamentals of change, how to make change happen, and how to evaluate the outcomes.

Additionally, the course content discusses creating a change management team and specifies individual roles and responsibilities to communicate the need for change successfully. WEEK 1
Introduction to Leading Organizational Change

WEEK 2
Module 1: Core Fundamentals of Organizational Change
Change management is a structured approach for ensuring that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented and that the lasting benefits of change are achieved. This course provides you with the core fundamentals of change, including first describing what organizational change is and what it means to the organization's culture. It also examines the importance of developing a change management communication framework created to provide a step-by-step guide for communicating change to all employees and stakeholders.

WEEK 3
Module 2: Implementing Change
A change management plan can be effective through practical implementation. Participants will learn in this course how to create a vision for change, formulate change management plans, and assemble a change management team. Also covered in the course are the dangers of making changes merely for the sake of making changes, how to deal with resistance to change from other people, and the value of communicating with stakeholders frequently and early.

WEEK 4
Module 3: Evaluating Change
Successful change management initiatives are driven by a well-thought-out strategy that is effectively implemented. This course provides a practical approach to gaining insight into how change management leaders monitor, evaluate, and course correct for maximum results. Most change management leaders are asked to measure their efforts' results and report them to stakeholders. Surveys, tests, evaluations, and observations of the activities are frequently included in measurements. Monitoring the effectiveness of change outcomes is also crucial. Managers typically combine quantitative and qualitative criteria when determining the impact. Each approach offers a distinctive viewpoint on the outcomes.
