Com o curso Iniciação à Prova de Vinhos vai perceber que esta afirmação está muito longe de ser verdade. No curso Iniciação à Prova de Vinhos vai aprender que a degustação de vinho vai muito para além do simples consumo da bebida. Olha para o rótulo de uma garrafa de vinho e pouco ou nada lhe diz? Depois de vertido no copo, faz aquele gesto de especialista e sente o aroma do vinho - mas continua sem perceber as características do que está prestes a beber?

Na prova de vinhos, há sentidos que falam, como o olhar, o olfato e o paladar. O curso Iniciação à Prova de Vinhos pretende dotar os participantes de conhecimentos essenciais para apreciar o vinho de forma crítica.

Um bom provador de vinhos é capaz de tornar uma refeição, num momento de prazer, descrevendo fielmente cada sensação percecionada.
É durante uma degustação que se descreve a excelência de um vinho, ou a sua pertinência para determinado momento ou iguaria.
Com o curso Iniciação à Prova de Vinhos vai adquirir capacidades/competências na formação inicial, mas também contínua, com vista ao seu desenvolvimento pessoal.
Vai, também, aprender outro tipo de conhecimentos, não apenas relacionados com as características inatas da degustação, mas também sobre os tipos de vinho e como deve ser servido.

Objetivos de Aprendizagem
Após a realização deste curso o formando deve ser capaz de:
1 - Descrever as etapas metodológicas do exercício de degustação;
2 - Selecionar o copo ideal e organizar a sala de prova;
3 - Explicar os principais fatores que contribuem para a correta avaliação da cor do vinho;
4 - Descrever o que são vinhos cristalinos, límpidos e turvos, estabilidade biológica;
5 - Executar os principais métodos no exame olfativo e gustativo;
6 - Descrever Potencial de persistência aromática, Adstringência, causticidade e efervescência;
7 - Descrever e explicar a consistência do vinho;
8 - Aplicar a correta adequação do vinho à iguaria.
Carga Horária
O curso tem uma carga total de cerca de 2,5 horas.
