Este es el curso 5 de la certificación profesional para representantes de desarrollo de ventas de Salesforce. Al finalizar el curso, podrás realizar lo siguiente:

  • Desarrollar un método empático de comunicación que destaque tu comportamiento profesional
  • Crear un mensaje con confianza y claridad para lograr resultados
  • Lograr una comprensión clara para implementar estilos específicos de comunicación escrita en diferentes situaciones
  • Fomentar la comprensión de opiniones diversas y perspectivas diferentes en el lugar de trabajo
  • Crear un plan a tres meses para implementar los comentarios, optimizar los conceptos aprendidos y desarrollar con éxito tu carrera

Para completar correctamente este curso, deberás tener lo siguiente:

  • Capacidad para comunicarte de forma oral y escrita que pueda ser comprendida por un público general (no es necesario que seas formal ni refinado)
  • Conocimientos informáticos básicos (debes poder utilizar procesadores de texto, realizar búsquedas en Internet y manejar el correo electrónico)
  • Familiaridad con las redes sociales, incluso LinkedIn
  • Capacidad y predisposición para aprender nuevas herramientas de tecnología
  • Motivación para crecer a nivel personal y profesional
  • Buena predisposición para recibir comentarios y capacitación
  • Los cursos anteriores de esta capacitación completados con éxito

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Entabla comunicaciones profesionales y empáticas
Crea la marca personal de un profesional de alto rendimiento y aprende a comunicarte con gerentes, compañeros de equipo y clientes de manera eficaz.

WEEK 2
Habla con confianza y claridad
Desarrolla estrategias específicas para dominar el método por conversación y transmitir el mensaje con habilidad.

WEEK 3
La empatía y los desafíos en la comunicación escrita
Aprende las prácticas recomendadas para una comunicación comercial eficaz, por ejemplo, hábitos para lograr capacidad de acción, claridad, concisión y seguimiento.

WEEK 4
Perfecciona tus habilidades de competencia cultural en el lugar de trabajo
Aprende a comunicarte a través de las diferencias, aprovecha varios puntos de vista y fomenta la diversidad y la competencia cultural a fin de mejorar tus habilidades para entablar relaciones profesionales.

WEEK 5
Agiliza el aprendizaje en los primeros 30, 60 y 90 días de trabajo
Conoce las expectativas para los primeros tres meses en el trabajo a fin de prepararte para lograr el éxito como SDR.
