Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

  • Identificar os fundamentos dos principais modelos de estratégia de negócios e as situações apropriadas para o emprego de cada um deles;

-Entender e aplicar os fundamentos da estratégia de criação de novos mercados, oceanos azuis: conceitos, ferramentas analíticas e o processo necessário à criação de valor simultaneamente para a empresa e seus clientes.

  • Aplicar várias ferramentas de estratégia empresarial, como: modelo VRIO, Matriz de Jogos Estratégicos, Mapa de Stakeholders e modelo de 5 Forças.

Este curso é composto por cinco módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

WEEK 1
Posicionamento Estratégico
Este módulo aborda a visão do estruturalismo e a explicação da influência da indústria no desempenho empresarial. Apresenta os modos de posicionamento. Introduz o conceito de criação e apropriação de valor, de vantagem competitiva e do modelo da cadeia de valor.

WEEK 2
Competências Organizacionais e dos Stakeholders
Este módulo aborda a visão estratégica de competências organizacionais e de seus principais modelos: competências essenciais, modelo da visão baseada em recursos - VRIO e competências dinâmicas. Apresenta, também, a perspectiva dos stakeholders frente à estratégia organizacional.

WEEK 3
Teoria dos Jogos
Este módulo se fundamenta na teoria jogos para discutir modelos de estratégia. Mais especificamente, serão apresentados e discutidos os modelos de co-opetição e da matriz de jogos estratégicos.

WEEK 4
Rede de Negócios
Este módulo aborda o modelo de redes de negócio, que transcende o nível de análise de empresa para o supra-empresarial e a dimensão de mercado para o não mercado.

WEEK 5
Oceano Azul
Este módulo aborda o modelo da Estratégia do Oceano Azul, a qual se baseia na criação e captura de uma nova demanda por meio da atuação em um mercado não disputado pelas demais empresas.
