Este curso fue diseñado con el propósito de introducir a los alumnos al mundo del marketing, familiarizarlos con los conceptos y aspectos más relevantes del marketing como disciplina empresarial y permitirles relacionar y aplicar los conceptos aprendidos a situaciones reales de negocios referidas a productos, servicios y marcas.

El contenido del curso está estructurado en 3 módulos/3 semanas, los cuales proponen una combinación de recursos orientados a facilitar la comprensión y el aprendizaje de los alumnos, que incluyen desde material teórico, como apuntes del profesor y videos, hasta actividades prácticas, como quizzes y foros.
Objetivos:

  • Familiarizarse con los principales conceptos y aspectos del marketing como disciplina empresarial.
  • Entender la relación del marketing con el negocio, su lado estratégico y la relevancia del marketing operativo.
  • Relacionar los conceptos aprendidos con situaciones de la realidad de productos, servicios y marcas.

WEEK 1
Introducción al marketing
Esta semana te dedicaras a familiarizarte con los conceptos fundamentales del marketing, entender la relación entre el marketing y el negocio y la diferencia entre marketing estratégico y marketing operativo. Asimismo, aprenderás sobre la importancia de la segmentación de mercados, selección del target y su relación con la propuesta de valor de la empresa.

WEEK 2
Valor, posicionamiento y comportamiento del consumidor
Esta semana explicaremos la importancia de desarrollar una propuesta de valor alineada con el posicionamiento que defina la compañía. También analizaremos tres modelos de comportamiento del consumidor y explicaremos el proceso de decisión de compra. ¿Por qué actúan en forma diferente los consumidores ante el mismo estímulo? ¿En qué basan sus decisiones de compra?

WEEK 3
Branding. La marca como un activo estratégico
Esta semana aprenderás sobre el rol de la marca como activo estratégico y su relación con los consumidores. ¿Por qué decimos que las marcas sólidas agregan valor?
