Prof. Ellen Kampman is professor in Nutrition and Disease at Wageningen University & Research. Within her research group Nutrition and Disease at the department of Human Nutrition, observational epidemiological studies and human intervention trials are performed on the role of nutrition and physical activity and other lifestyle factors in the prevention and survival of cancer. She is involved in numerous Dutch and international projects, member of several committees and advisory boards and has published over 150 articles in international peer reviewed journals.
