Dave Nagy is the principal/owner of Bolero Associates LLC, a management consulting and training company. He was a former corporate executive leading an operations division of 1,500 employees. Dave Nagy has been very involved in coaching, new and existing, managers at all levels as they develop their management and leadership skills. Dave Nagy has also trained, and mentored, professional staff and emerging leader candidates after they joined client companies from various universities or other organizations. At UCI, Dave Nagy has been teaching, and interacting, with international students in the accelerated certificate programs for international students during their career formation years. Currently, Dave Nagy serves on the Cal Poly Pomona State University Advisory Committee for the School of Business - Technology, Operations, and Management Department (TOM); serves as a Lead Auditor for ISO9001:2008 and TS16949; and serves as a judge for the California Council for Excellence California Team Excellence Award (2004, 2005, 2007, and 2008). He is past Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Orange County and Goodwill California Council.
