A sweet, little Challenge to start the year like you mean it and make it a strong one in all aspects of our life! I created it for my Runners students, yet it is most definitely beneficial for everyone. Be strong and enjoy the journey!
1) Watch my Welcome message to you and then I invite you to do the following:
2) Set your alarm 15mins earlier for the next 6 days. Set yourself an intention for your 6 days. What is your focus? Remind yourself daily of your intention and then go ahead and make it happen.
3) Roll out of bed, put some comfy clothes on and start your day finding strength - in your body as well as your mind!
4) Be sure to always honour your body and signals it's sending you. Don't push into pain and stop if/when you need to.
5) Empower yourself by taking responsibility back for your body. Remember that YOU know your body best - yet diving in to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself - that's priceless!
