Se analizan los elementos necesarios para elaborar un plan de gestión de organizaciones saludables orientado a la reducción de factores de riesgo psicosocial. En el desarrollo de capital humano, la gestión de organizaciones saludables permite a las empresas identificar y analizar los factores de riesgo psicosocial, así como evaluar los entornos organizacionales de trabajo en el que los colaboradores desarrollan sus actividades con la finalidad de generar acciones de prevención e intervención en beneficio de la organización y sus miembros.

El análisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial, así como la evaluación de entornos organizacionales, se encuentra directamente relacionado con las características de los puestos de trabajo, así como con las características de la organización (tamaño, giro, instalaciones, estructura, entre otras), y las condiciones en que el trabajo se desarrolla cotidianamente. Dicho análisis permite a los centros de trabajo desarrollar estratégicamente acciones de desarrollo de capital humano y desarrollo organizacional.
Desde la propuesta de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, la gestión de organizaciones saludables busca promover y proteger la salud de los trabajadores mediante la prevención y control de enfermedades, accidentes y la eliminación de los factores y condiciones que ponen en peligro la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo. De igual forma, se orienta a generar y promover el trabajo seguro y sano, así como buenos ambientes y organizaciones.
El desarrollo e implementación estratégica de planes adecuados a las características y necesidades de la organización y sus miembros, son hoy en día una herramienta de gestión que favorece el desarrollo de capital humano y a su vez el desarrollo organizacional.

Módulo I. Planeación estratégica aplicada a la gestión de organizaciones saludables
Análisis de las etapas para el desarrollo de planes estratégicos orientados a la reducción de factores de riesgo psicosocial en la gestión de organizaciones saludables.

Módulo II. Diagnóstico de factores de riesgo psicosocial
Análisis y selección de instrumentos de diagnóstico para identificar factores de riesgo psicosocial y evaluar entornos organizacionales.

Módulo III. Diseño de estrategias para la gestión de organizaciones con ambientes saludables
Análisis de recomendaciones y acciones de prevención e intervención, para integrar un plan de reducción de factores de riesgo psicosocial y gestión de entornos organizacionales saludables.

Módulo IV. Diseño de campaña permanente de salud organizacional
Análisis de recomendaciones y acciones para la difusión de información relacionada con políticas, acciones de prevención, control y resultados en el plan de gestión de entornos laborales saludables.
