Multiple Sclerosis Online Course (University of Melbourne)

Multiple Sclerosis Online Course (University of Melbourne)

The Multiple Sclerosis Online Course is being developed by the University of Melbourne for people living with Multiple Sclerosis as part of a research study. Participants will join a 6-week online course to learn more about how diet, exercise, stress and other lifestyle factors influence MS. By participating in the study, participants will have the opportunity to connect with other people with MS and play an important role in research to improve how we understand and manage MS.

The online course will run for 6 weeks with 7 modules (diet, exercise, stress management, sunlight and vitamin D etc.). During this time, there are no formal assessments or minimum time investment required, which means people are free to navigate the course as they see fit. Prior to commencing the study, they will be asked fill-out a survey about their health and lifestyle. We will also ask that participants fill this out again during the study to update us on any changes that arise from their participation in this project.
