En suivant ce MOOC, vous saurez :
• Comprendre quels sont les enjeux et les principaux acteurs des territoires
• Identifier les alliances pouvant se développer par et pour le territoire
• Déterminer les étapes nécessaires à la construction d’une alliance territoriale
• Et enfin, distinguer les facteurs et dispositifs permettant l’essaimage de ces initiatives

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introduction générale : ce qui vous attend dans ce MOOC
Qu’est-ce que le territoire et à quels enjeux les alliances territoriales permettent-elles de répondre ?
Au terme de cet épisode, vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes : 1) Qu’est-ce que le territoire, et quels en sont les acteurs principaux ? 2) Quels enjeux le territoire représente-t-il pour ses acteurs ? 3) Pourquoi co-construire en territoire ?

WEEK 2
Quelles sont les alliances à l’œuvre dans les territoires ?
Au terme de cet épisode, vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes :
1) Quels sont les différents types d’alliances pouvant éclore sur le territoire, et quelles sont leurs particularités ? 2) Quels sont les "écosystèmes" existants qui favorisent ces alliances en termes d’animation du territoire, d’accompagnement des expérimentations collectives et d’accompagnement des partenariats ? 3) Quel est le rôle de chacun des acteurs dans cette dynamique, et quelle est sa contribution aux enjeux du territoire ?

WEEK 3
Comment co-construire des alliances innovantes dans les territoires ?
Au terme de cet épisode, vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes :
1) Comment identifier les enjeux propres à un territoire et adapter les alliances à ces enjeux? 2) Quels sont les dispositifs permettant de soutenir ces alliances ? 3) Pourquoi et comment les évaluer ?

WEEK 4
Comment démultiplier l’impact de ces alliances territoriales ?
Au terme de cet épisode, vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes :
1) Quels sont les facteurs clés de succès de ces alliances ? 2) Pourquoi et comment faire changer d’échelle les innovations sociales en territoire ? 3) Quels instruments et outils de financement existe-t-il pour démultiplier ces alliances ?
