Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:
• Reconhecer as principais teorias sobre gestão estratégica de RH;
• Argumentar sobre a importância do comportamento humano na execução da estratégia do negócio;
• Promover o alinhamento entre estratégia de negócio e estratégia de RH;
• Conhecer e implantar avaliação de desempenho;

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Neste módulo, será abordado como o conceito de competências vem sendo implementado em políticas e práticas de gestão de pessoas nas organizações.

Exemplos de Aplicação de Conceitos de Competência na GERH
Neste módulo, será exemplificada a aplicação do conceito de competências na GERH em casos práticos.

WEEK 3
Avaliação e Decisões sobre as Pessoas
Neste módulo, serão apresentadas as etapas de amadurecimento do processo de avaliação de desempenho, de modo a facilitar a implantação dos diferentes tipos de avaliação e das ações gerenciais.

WEEK 4
Desenvolvimento de Pessoas
Neste módulo, serão analisadas as formas mais adequadas de direcionar investimentos no desenvolvimento humano dentro da organização.
