Ce cours constitue une introduction au management, à la gestion d’équipe et au leadership. Il permet d’aborder les mécanismes de la prise de décision, les stratégies de motivation, la gestion des talents, l'impact du numérique sur l'évolution des métiers et les compétences d’un leader.
This course is an introduction to management, team management and leadership. It approaches decision-making mechanisms, motivation strategies, and the impact of the digital technology on occupations, the manager’s agility and the leader’s skills.

Instituée en 1984, la fonction publique territoriale constitue le troisième versant de la fonction publique au côté de la fonction publique de l’Etat et de la fonction publique hospitalière. Comptant plus de 1,8 million d'agents, elle représente plus du tiers de l'ensemble des fonctionnaires. Ces agents sont régis par le titre Ier du statut général des fonctionnaires ( loi n°83-634 du 13 juillet 1983) et par une législation et réglementation spécifiques qui reposent pour l’essentiel sur les lois n°84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 et n°84-594 du 12 juillet 1984 et leurs textes réglementaires d’application. Ce séminaire en ligne, intitulé "les fondamentaux de la fonction publique territoriale", a pour objet de présenter, de façon didactique, les principales règles de la fonction publique territoriale.
