Calcolatori Elettronici (Federica Web Learning)

Il corso di Calcolatori Elettronici ha l’obiettivo di illustrare i principi di base per l’analisi e la progettazione di sistemi in grado di elaborare informazioni opportunamente codificate. A tale scopo il corso affronta gli aspetti metodologici per l’analisi e la sintesi di macchine per l’elaborazione delle informazioni di tipo dedicato e programmabile.

Con riferimento alle macchine dedicate sono illustrati i principali aspetti della progettazione di due tipologie di macchine:

  • combinatorie - in cui le uscite in un determinato istante dipendono unicamente dagli ingressi forniti alla macchina nel medesimo istante;
  • sequenziali - in cui le uscite in un determinato istante dipendono da tutti gli ingressi forniti precedentemente alla macchina.

Viene, inoltre, illustrata la realizzazione di macchine programmabili utilizzando macchine combinatorie e sequenziali e l’architettura complessiva di un sistema di elaborazione e le sue modalità di utilizzazione.
