In this 2-part course, you will be introduced to the critical technologies of an Aruba Campus Access network, both mobility and switching. Part 1 introduces networking fundamentals, types of networking devices, switching fundamentals and VLANs, IP addressing and routing, Aruba WLAN, and Aruba Central Management. Part 2 covers VSX switching virtualization, Aruba Gateways, Aruba WLAN tunneled and mixed mode, Secure WLAN & 802.1x authentication, Wired Port Access & Dynamic Segmentation, and VxLAN & Group-Based Policies.

Part 1 - Aruba Campus Access Essentials
Module 1
Introduces networking fundamentals, types of networking devices, switching fundamentals and VLANs, IP addressing and routing, Aruba WLAN, and Aruba Central Management.

Part 2- Aruba Campus Access Essentials
Module 2
Covers VSX switching virtualization, Aruba Gateways, Aruba WLAN tunneled and mixed mode, Secure WLAN & 802.1x authentication, Wired Port Access & Dynamic Segmentation, and VxLAN & Group-Based Policies.

The course covers the topics on how to derive the RF wireless systems specifications, and how to design the main building blocks of a transceiver, i.e., low noise amplifier, power amplifier, RF mixers, oscillators, and PLL frequency synthesizers. It is divided into two parts: (1) theoretical lectures will cover the basis of RF and mmWave Circuit Design; and (2) design labs will include simulation and implementation of these circuits.
