Ulf Maunsbach

My main area of research is the intersection between intellectual property law and private international law.
At present I’m developing the paths of transnational intellectual property law with a particular focus on problems related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
As a second project I am trying to understand and describe trademark law in a European perspective, with a particular focus on the community trademark regime and its influence on a national level. My aim with this latter project is also to include enforcement of trademark rights into the realm of trademark law.
