Sylvie Sarolea is a professor of law at UCLouvain (Belgium) and a lawyer. She is specialized in immigration law and also teaches human rights and private international law. Since 2011, she has been coordinating the EDEM, the European Rights and Migration Team, which brings together researchers working on these issues.
