Sebastian Beer

Mr. Sebastian Beer is an economist in the Tax Policy Division of the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Prior to joining the Fund, Mr. Beer worked as an economist at the Austrian Central Bank and as a post-doctoral researcher at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where his research focused on international business taxation. At the Fund, Mr. Beer provides technical assistance to IMF member countries and conducts research on a broad range of tax policy related issues.
