Sarah's key responsibilities include: Inclusivity Everyday programming, chairing the Equity and Diversity Committee, Divisional Climate Survey process and analysis, recruitment, onboarding, retention and development efforts, unit and programmatic review for DEI, trainings and learning opportunities for leadership & staff, and leading the creation of a culture that pursues social justice for all human beings.
