Mark S. Lundstrom

Mark is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He received his BEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Minnesota and is Ph.D. from Purdue in 1973, 1974, and 1980 respectively. Prior to his Ph.D. he worked in industry as a semiconductor integrated circuit process development engineer. Lundstrom is a fellow of IEEE, APS, AAAS and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering. Areas of expertise: Semiconductor physics Semiconductor devices Computer simulation.
