Professor Marc Fredette is a senior collaborator of the CRSNG-Prompt Industrial Research Chair in User Experience, member of the Tech3Lab Management Committee. He is also a member of several other research groups, including the Interuniversity Research Center on Enterprise Networks, Logistics and Transport (CIRRELT) and the Study and Research Group in Decision Analysis (GERAD).
Professor Fredette is responsible for the Masters of Management (M. Sc.) - User Experience in a Business Context at HEC Montréal.
