Li Liu

Ms. Li Liu is an economist working in the Tax Policy Division in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund. Prior to joining the IMF, Ms. Liu was Senior Research Fellow at Oxford University, where her research and policy interest focused on corporate taxation and finance, international tax policy, and development economics. At the IMF, Ms. Liu also provides technical assistance in tax policy to member countries. Ms. Liu is an international research fellow at the University of Oxford, and an associate editor of International Tax and Public Finance.
