Frederick Binkholder is Professor of the Practice in the Department of Performing Arts, and the director of choirs at Georgetown University. His areas of interest and study include chant and polyphony of the early church, baroque choral music of the Jesuit Bolivian reductions and sacred music from the Republic of Georgia.
