David works closely with Fortune 500 and other organizations to help them create inclusive workplaces. David also chairs the Catalyst Canada Honours, a signature program that recognizes exemplary role models in Canadian business who advance women and diverse talent through workplace inclusion.
David holds an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics. He also holds an honours BA in Sociology and Sexual Diversity Studies and an honours BSc in Zoology and East Asian Studies, both from the University of Toronto.
