Christophe Matthys

Christophe Matthys (PhD Medical Sciences), currently holds the positions of professor at the KU Leuven and scientific coordinator of the clinical nutrition unit, University Hospitals Leuven. His research focuses on translational aspects of primary and secondary nutritional care. He is member of (inter)national scientific and governmental working groups on nutrition. His lecturing focuses on nutrition-related courses and he lectures in 14 courses (28.65 credit points, ~1200 students/year, Dutch and English) involving theoretical classes, practical classes, assignments, internship coordination/guidance.
