Ben Kennedy

Ben is an Associate Professor in Volcanology and Earth Science Education Research at the University of Canterbury. He has Masters and PhD from McGill University Canada in volcanology, and also worked as a volcanologist at the University of British Columbia, and Munich University (LMU). Ben is an award winning teacher with a passion for volcanoes and internationally recognized as a leader in developing innovative educational resources. Ben’s favourite thing in the world is to explore volcanoes in the field.
