This course will examine four critical areas where military service, civilian law, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice intersect: family law; employment and re-employment rights; debtor and creditor issues; and the Uniform Code of Military Justice itself.

This course will examine four critical areas where military service, civilian law, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice intersect: family law; employment and re-employment rights; debtor and creditor issues; and the Uniform Code of Military Justice itself.

In this course, you will have the opportunity to view original content by experts in the field, interact with fellow students via discussion forums, and investigate areas of interest via supplemental materials. Upon completion of this course, you will have a working knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of service members under these laws and regulations.

This course is split into four sections, each featuring a few brief videos on various topics. Each video is accompanied by a short quiz checking your knowledge of the content, as well as links to helpful information elsewhere online. You have the ability to skip around between sections, videos, and quizzes at will, as well as revisit any of the content as often as you like.
