WEEK 1
Módulo 1 | Contexto da Transformação Digital e o Arquétipo do Ser Humano
Neste módulo, será apresentado um contexto sobre a transformação digital sob a ótica dos negócios, da tecnologia e dos comportamentos dos consumidores. Exploraremos as ambições organizacionais que precisam ser reveladas para o desenho de uma estratégia digital sob medida. Trataremos das empresas como organismos vivos que precisam de estratégias digitais sustentáveis e integradoras, tanto em profundidade quanto em abrangência.

WEEK 2
Módulo 2 | A Cultura Organizacional Como Viabilizadora e Perpetuadora da Inovação
Neste módulo, falaremos sobre os diversos tipos de cultura organizacional e suas características mais marcantes, bem como as alavancas que podem ser trabalhadas para influenciá-la em favor da inovação na empresa. Também trataremos dos atributos da liderança inovadora, talentos, recompensas e a criação de ambientes criativos.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3 | Como Explorar Tecnologias e Dados para Criar Valor aos Clientes
Este módulo abordará como podemos criar uma estratégia para exploração de tecnologias emergentes e dados para criar novas experiências e valores aos clientes. Explanaremos, também, sobre multi e omnicanalidade e sobre os pilares da experiência digital do cliente.

WEEK 4
Módulo 4 | Uma Perspectiva Prática da Transformação Digital
Neste módulo, discutiremos a importância de avaliar os processos de negócio da empresa sob a ótica da eficiência e da inovação e, também, como podemos aplicar a inovação aberta sob medida ao contexto da empresa e seu mercado. Também abordaremos instrumentos de estímulo ao intraempreendedorismo e às parcerias com startups.
