Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

  • Compreender a evolução das principais estratégias organizacionais e debates relacionados;
  • Conhecer as abordagens adotadas pelas organizações para a obtenção de vantagem competitiva no mercado;
  • Conhecer e selecionar as principais práticas de Gestão de Mudanças organizacionais adequadas para o seu contexto organizacional;
  • Reconhecer e adotar práticas de Liderança assertiva em processos de mudanças organizacionais, como ferramentas para impulsionar a criatividade, trabalho em equipe e engajamento dos times.

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Módulo 1 | Estratégias Organizacionais
Neste módulo, você aprenderá sobre os principais conceitos da estratégia. Conhecerá desde os conceitos fundamentais de missão, visão e valores até a estratégia do oceano azul, a formulação e avaliação de estratégias.

WEEK 2
Módulo 2 | Vantagem Competitiva
Neste módulo, você estudará sobre vantagens competitivas. Irá conhecer as 5 forças de Porter, modelo VRIO e conceitos sobre fusões, aquisições e alianças estratégicas.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3 | Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais
Neste módulo, veremos as competências para praticar a gestão de mudanças. Abordaremos, também, os fatores críticos de sucesso da gestão de mudanças organizacionais, as principais metodologias e ferramentas para conduzir o lado humano da mudança.

WEEK 4
Módulo 4 | Liderança Assertiva
Neste módulo, você entenderá conceitos da liderança e aprenderá a utilizar técnicas e ferramentas para gerenciar os liderados.
