Tal método é fundamental para a criação de produtos, serviços e sistemas que atendam às necessidades humanas. No entanto, apesar de sua utilidade, a DR é amplamente negligenciada por muitas instituições e executivos. A DR, em essência, orienta as equipes para descobrir insights e desenvolver experiências de usuário que gerem valor.

Por meio dos métodos de Design Thinking, na DR, começa-se com o estudo rigoroso das pessoas. Passe-se, então, ao desenvolvimento de protótipos e testes. Para isso, pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas são necessárias.
Ao final deste curso, você aprenderá, inicialmente, que a primeira etapa no processo de design é encontrar oportunidades por meio do melhor e mais profundo entendimento sobre as pessoas. Designers centrados no ser humano fazem isso imergindo-se no contexto dos usuários para identificar áreas de foco para inovação. Para tanto, você será capaz de desenvolver pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas para compreender as pessoas. Mas como aproveitamos as oportunidades que descobrimos e definimos boas estratégias? Neste curso, exploraremos também a ideação, o esboço e o storyboard como ferramentas para gerar ideias testáveis. Com este curso, você também será capaz de construir protótipos. É mais comum pensar em protótipos como somente "rascunhos" do design final. Porém, neste curso você entenderá como pensar em protótipos de uma maneira mais profunda: como instrumentos de aprendizagem organizacional. Para isso, apresentaremos abordagens para maximizar a intensidade do aprendizado com os protótipos. Por fim, como você traz inovação em design para sua organização e a sustenta ao longo do tempo? Neste curso, aprenderemos teorias e técnicas práticas para ajudá-lo a liderar uma organização que produz rotineiramente produtos, serviços, modelos de gestão e sistemas inovadores.
Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
A Inovação e os Fundamentos da Ideia de Design
Antes de se adentrar nos aspectos analíticos e mais ferramentais, este primeiro módulo apresenta os alicerces de pensamento para uma DR efetiva. Inicialmente, debateremos a premência por inovação nas empresas e sobre como o Design é uma necessidade atual. Após isso, em particular, debateremos o “Pensamento Divergente”, os métodos “efectuais” e a empatia. Esta última, como alicerce atitudinal fundamental para o Design.

WEEK 2
Usando Design Thinking para Geração de Valor
O Design Thinking (DT) é um método efetivamente revolucionário sobre como se pensar estratégias e inovação em empresas. Neste módulo, traremos os fundamentos conceituais centrais que tem levado tantas empresas a aderirem ao DT.

WEEK 3
Pesquisas Qualitativas e Quantitativas para Design
Como primeira etapa ao DR, tem-se a necessidade de se compreender clientes. Neste módulo, apresenta-se as principais formas de se aumentar a compreensão dos humanos em condições e suas necessidades. Em particular, apresenta-se os mapas de empatia e fundamentos para técnicas de coleta de dados qualitativas e quantitativas.

WEEK 4
Prototipagem, Testes de Uso e Implementação da Inovação
A prototipagem é elemento essencial da DR. Neste módulo, debate-se os tipos de prototipagem e suas principais técnicas. Serão também debatidos os principais arcabouços de experiência de usuário e um pouco sobre como sustentar um ambiente inovador em empresas.
