Curso sobre as principais competências digitais nas quais as organizações devem investir para tirar partido da revolução tecnológica: experiência do cliente, gestão de operações e modelos de negócio.

O curso sobre Transformação Digital cobre as principais competências digitais onde as organizações devem investir para tirar partido da revolução tecnológica.
As competências estão organizadas em três categorias que correspondem aos tópicos do curso: experiência do cliente, gestão de operações e modelos de negócio.
As competências serão apresentadas utilizando exemplos práticos, em particular casos de estudo.
No final do curso, os participantes vão perceber como tirar partido das novas tecnologias para transformar as organizações, tendo como objetivo aumentar as vendas, reduzir custos, ou criar novos negócios.

No final do curso, os(as) participantes poderão:

  • identificar as principais competências digitais a considerar na transformação digital de uma organização;
  • analisar o papel que a experiência do cliente, a gestão de operações digitais e o modelo de negócio têm na transformação digital de uma organização.

Os conteúdos a abordar no curso organizam-se nos seguintes tópicos:

  • mestria digital;
  • experiência dos clientes;
  • operações digitais; e
  • modelos de negócio.

Público-alvo
O curso destina-se a todos os profissionais, alunos finalistas (prestes a entrar no mercado de trabalho) e ainda a potenciais empreendedores que tenham interesse em perceber o papel das novas tecnologias nas organizações, tanto públicas como privadas.
Os participantes neste curso devem ter interesse pelas novas tecnologias assim como vontade de transformar as organizações onde trabalham atualmente e/ou criar novos negócios.
