The Introduction to Global Procurement course provides a theoretical understanding of management strategies as well as Rialto factors within supply chains. This course affords you the opportunity to delve into the pros and cons of demand fulfillment strategies, whilst simultaneously analyzing the effects of these strategies on supply chain performance and market demands.
Furthermore, you will explore various distribution strategies, whilst analyzing the different effects of warehouse transportation decisions on company costs.
