Este curso es una guía práctica que te va a permitir conocer el potencial que tiene Project y la utilidad de esta herramienta para el seguimiento y control de las distintas etapas del ciclo de vida de un proyecto, a pesar de su grado de dificultad.
El MOOC, incluye elementos relacionados con la planificación de tareas y recursos, además del uso de las distintas técnicas y herramientas para realizar el seguimiento y control, así como la creación de informes e indicadores y te será muy útil si trabajas como director de un proyecto, como parte del equipo encargado de su gestión, si prestas apoyo para la planificación, la ejecución y el seguimiento de actividades, o si tienes interés en utilizar Project en tus actividades académicas o profesionales.

  • Comprender el uso de las distintas técnicas y herramientas de Project diseñadas en la definición del proyecto, sus tareas y la asignación de recursos, para realizar un proceso efectivo de planeación y programación.
