Visão geral do curso

WEEK 2
O que é um projeto?
Neste módulo, vamos identificar as principais características de um projeto e as principais restrições de um projeto, vamos definir o papel e as responsabilidades do gestor de projeto e identificar as estruturas organizacionais de projeto.

WEEK 3
Conheça suas partes interessadas
Neste módulo, vamos abordar a definição de um stakeholder ou parte interessada do projeto, aprender a identificar quem são, quais as suas necessidades de informação e definir a responsabilidade de gerir as partes interessadas e controlar seu envolvimento.

WEEK 4
Escopo
Neste módulo, definiremos o propósito de usar o termo de abertura do projeto, abordaremos de forma resumida os elementos-chave de um plano de projeto e discutiremos a declaração de escopo e a Estrutura Analítica de Projeto (EAP).

WEEK 5
Autoridade x Influência
Neste módulo, vamos descrever a diferença entre autoridade e influência e vamos identificar fontes comuns de conflito dentro de um ambiente de projeto.
