Hello everyone. Welcome to my course. Today I will be showing you how to make a cool photo effect like this using a website called Photopea. This is great for beginners and for people who want to learn more about photo manipulation. Feel free to use Photoshop also if you have it. I have attached some images that you can use for this project.

Project Description
After you have watched this course, make a photo effect in Photopea or Photoshop. You can use the same background image as me or you can find your own image on Pexels.
