The measurement and acknowledgement of such impacts can lead to better support programs, improved evaluation frameworks and increased innovative behaviour.
This course highlights the different approaches to measuring impact in varying contexts and organisations. Some of these factors include the acceptance of risk, level of research and innovation, availability of technology, and sophistication of ecosystems.
Therefore, it is crucial that tools and frameworks for measuring impact are contextualised.
