En droit, la mondialisation offre un singulier mélange de liberté et d’inquiétude, car les options sont infinies mais sans filet. Heureusement, la pratique a fait émerger un espéranto et des règles du jeu que l’on retrouve partout. Construit à partir d’exemples très concrets et de cas réels, ce cours est un kit de survie juridique destiné aux praticiens des affaires internationales issus de tous les univers professionnels, des start-ups aux grandes entreprises.

L'accent est mis sur :

  • La lecture et l’écriture des contrats internationaux sous divers angles (vente, distribution, transfert de technologie, alliance, lettre d’intention, …)
  • Les domaines du droit qui permettent d’affiner cette approche (droit des sociétés pour les questions de création d’entreprise ou d’alliance, propriété intellectuelle pour les accords de distribution et de licence…)

Objectifs
A l’issue de ce cours, vous disposerez des clés permettant de :

  • Lire et écrire un contrat international
  • Comprendre la signification pratique d’un accord, mais aussi d’un Etat, d’une frontière, d’une personne morale…
