And because it’s a muscle, there are ways we can exercise it and make it stronger. When our schedule is packed with different tasks and activities to be done, focusing on gratitude becomes difficult. But if we choose, we can get the ball rolling by taking some simple actions.

This brief challenge comprises of three original, all-new actionable exercises to be implemented at a pace of one per day. They have been designed to strengthen your gratitude muscle.
Each day, a meaningful insight will be shared with you followed by a simple action that you’ll have to perform during the course of your day. Later at the end of the day, you’ll spend a few moments reviewing and writing down any lessons learned or any eureka moments that you experienced in your “Strengthen Your Gratitude Muscle” worksheets.
