• Entender as principais plataformas de mídia social, como funcionam e o papel dessas plataformas no marketing
• Definir o público-alvo e a jornada do cliente
• Escolher as plataformas de mídia social certas e aprender a criar políticas de mídia social
Qualquer que seja seu nível de conhecimento inicial, este curso o ajudará a construir uma base sólida para o marketing de mídias sociais e a ganhar habilidades práticas para ter mais sucesso em suas iniciativas de marketing de mídias sociais, com resultados tangíveis.
Os alunos não precisam de experiência em marketing, mas devem ter habilidades básicas de navegação na Internet e interesse em participar ativamente em redes sociais. Os alunos devem ter uma conta no Facebook, e também é útil ter uma conta no Instagram.

WEEK 1
O panorama geral das mídias sociais
Esta semana, você terá uma introdução ao programa do Certificado Profissional de Marketing de Mídias Sociais do Facebook, seguida de uma introdução ao marketing e ao marketing de mídias sociais. Você também descobrirá como as empresas usam as redes sociais e terá uma visão geral básica do panorama das mídias sociais.

WEEK 2
Visão geral das plataformas de mídias sociais
Na segunda semana, você aprenderá as particularidades de algumas das principais plataformas de mídias sociais, bem como as diferenças entre como as pessoas e as empresas podem usá-las e como as usam na prática.

WEEK 3
Metas e planejamento para o sucesso
Na terceira semana, você desenvolverá duas habilidades fundamentais para um profissional de marketing: definir metas SMART e os indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs). Esses são os componentes principais na construção de uma campanha de marketing, não importa em qual plataforma. No final da semana, você concluirá seu primeiro projeto e aplicará o que aprendeu em um cenário real.

WEEK 4
Conheça seu público-alvo
Esta semana, você se concentrará no desenvolvimento de uma persona do público-alvo e da jornada do cliente. Essa base para qualquer campanha de marketing aplica o que você aprendeu na semana passada sobre metas e os indicadores-chave de desempenho. Ao final da semana, você terá um projeto para construir sua própria persona de público-alvo e jornada de cliente.

WEEK 5
Escolha seus canais de mídias sociais
Esta semana, encerraremos o curso com foco na seleção cuidadosa da plataforma de mídia social apropriada com base no público-alvo. Além disso, você aprenderá a criar e gerenciar uma política de uso de mídia social.
