Este curso te ayudará a convertirte en un líder de equipo de innovación eficaz, a asumir un papel como ejecutivo de innovación dentro de una gran corporación o a proveer la actividad empresarial. Además, el conocimiento adquirido te ayudara a para planificar, aplicar y ejecutar habilidades de innovación para desarrollar y lanzar nuevos productos y servicios.
Este curso te enseñara a utilizar la innovación y la mentalidad empresarial y las metodologías para convertir las oportunidades en especificaciones de productos, conceptos comerciales y eventuales introducciones de estos productos o servicios a nuevos mercados.
